The Growtide experience
Our streamlined process takes you from discovery call to final delivery with predictable steps and clear communication.

Discovery
First few daysThere's no existing setup to audit, so this call is about understanding what you're building. We talk through your product catalog, who you're selling to, and what compliance requirements actually apply to your category.
By the end of it, we know enough to scope the build: what processors make sense, what documentation you'll need before you can legally sell, and what the storefront actually needs to do for your specific buyers.
- One call to walk through what you're building and who it's for
- A clear list of what needs to exist before you can sell legally
- A build plan and rough timeline, tailored to your catalog
Build
Weeks 2 through 6, roughlyThis is where everything gets built at once, not one piece after another. Your primary and backup processors get set up alongside your compliance documentation, and your storefront gets built in parallel with both, so nothing launches half protected.
You get one point of contact for the whole build. We show you pieces as they're finished, so you can flag anything that doesn't feel right early, instead of finding out at the end.
- Payments, compliance, and storefront built together, not in sequence
- A single point of contact for every workstream
- Working pieces to review as they're finished
Launch
Go-live and the two weeks afterLaunch is your first real transaction, so we treat it like it matters. Payments tested end to end, including what happens if your primary processor has a problem on day one. Compliance pages live and accurate. The site tested on a phone, because that's how most peptide buyers actually shop.
We stay close for the first couple of weeks after you go live, watching for anything that only shows up under real traffic, since a brand-new setup hasn't been stress-tested by real customers yet.
- A full pre-launch checklist across payments, compliance, and site
- Failover tested before you need it, not after
- Active monitoring through the first two weeks live
Grow
Ongoing, once you're stableOnce the dust settles from launch, most new brands roll into one of our ongoing plans. That means monitoring payments and compliance in the background while we start actively working on conversion, content, and SEO, the parts that take a new site from live to actually ranking and converting.
There's no pressure to decide this upfront. We usually have that conversation a few weeks after you're live, once you've got a feel for how things are running.
- A natural transition into ongoing monitoring and growth work
- No pressure to commit to a retainer before you're ready
- The same team, so nothing gets re-explained from scratch
Every brand's starting point is different
These are the two paths most brands fall into, but not every situation fits neatly. The first call is where we figure out your actual timeline, not a generic one.
Ready to see where you actually stand?
One call, a written breakdown of your payments, compliance, and conversion gaps. No commitment beyond that.
